A Curtain of Light That Senses an Area
투광기의 광축들이 수광기를 향해 빛의 커튼을 만듭니다.
물체가 어느 빔이라도 가리면 수광량이 OFF 레벨 아래로 떨어지며
제어출력이 동작 — 단순 유무 감지를 넘어 물체의 크기와
높이까지 판별할 수 있습니다.
The emitter's optical axes form a curtain of light toward the receiver. When an object blocks any beam, the received light drops below the OFF level and the control output switches — going beyond simple presence detection to judge object size and height.
- 영역 단위 감지 — 여러 광축이 하나의 감지 영역을 형성해 넓은 면을 한 번에 커버합니다.
Area-based detection — multiple optical axes form one detection zone that covers a wide surface at once.
- 크기 · 높이 판별 — 어느 높이의 빔이 차단되는지로 물체의 크기 · 형상 정보를 얻습니다.
Size and height detection — which beam is blocked reveals the object's size and shape.
- 안전 입광 · 차광 영역 — ON/OFF 레벨 사이 여유 구간으로 채터링 없는 안정 동작을 보장합니다.
Safe light-on / dark-on margins — the gap between ON and OFF levels ensures chatter-free, stable operation.
- SYNC 동기 방식 — 투 · 수광기가 동기선으로 광축을 순차 스캔해 오동작을 방지합니다.
SYNC method — emitter and receiver scan the axes in sequence over a sync line to prevent false triggering.
