High-Resolution Inductive Rotary Encoder

인덕티브 베어링리스 엔코더와 동일한 로터 + 스테이터 검출부를 하우징에 담은 IH 시리즈. 광학 부품과 자석을 쓰지 않는 인덕티브(유도식) 검출 방식으로 먼지 · 오일 · 외부 자기장에 강하며, 샤프트 · 중공축 · 빌트인 3가지 외형으로 최대 19bit의 고분해능을 기존 로터리 엔코더처럼 간편하게 적용할 수 있는 엔코더입니다.

IH Series — the same rotor + stator inductive sensing core as the bearingless encoder, in an encoder housing. No optical parts or magnets; up to 19-bit resolution in shaft, hollow-shaft and built-in types, mounted like a conventional rotary encoder.

Inductive Scanning Technology
전자기 유도 원리로 회전 위치를 읽는 감지 방식. 광학 부품과 자석을 쓰지 않아 분진 · 오일 · 외부 자기장에 강하며, 위치 갱신 주기 60µs 이하, 반복 정밀도 ±0.03°(±3σ)의 안정된 성능을 냅니다.
A sensing method that reads rotary position by electromagnetic induction. With no optical parts or magnets it resists dust, oil and external magnetic fields, with a ≤60 µs update cycle and ±0.03° (±3σ) repeatability.

Non-Contact Rotor + Stator · 3 Housing Types
내부 검출부는 베어링리스 엔코더와 동일한 비접촉 로터 + 스테이터 구조로, 검출부의 기계적 마모가 없습니다. 이를 샤프트 타입(IH50S Ø50 · IH40S Ø40), 중공축 타입(IH40H), 빌트인 타입(IH40HB)의 하우징에 담았으며 축경 · 축내경은 Ø6 / Ø8 중 선택할 수 있습니다.
The internal sensing core uses the same non-contact rotor + stator as the bearingless encoder, with no mechanical wear in the sensing path. Available in shaft (IH50S Ø50 / IH40S Ø40), hollow-shaft (IH40H) and built-in (IH40HB) housings with a Ø6 or Ø8 shaft/bore.

앱솔루트 · 인크리멘탈 2가지 출력 방식
2 Output Types — Absolute / Incremental
앱솔루트는 10~19bit(최대 524,288 pos/rev) 분해능을 주문 시 지정할 수 있고, 회전 방향과 Binary · Gray 코드(Gray는 SSI 전용)를 선택할 수 있습니다. 인크리멘탈은 2,000~16,384 PPR의 A · B · Z 출력을 지원하며 최대 허용 회전수는 3,800 RPM입니다.
Absolute: 10–19 bit resolution (max. 524,288 pos/rev) specified at order, with rotation-direction and Binary/Gray (Gray: SSI only) options. Incremental: A · B · Z output from 2,000 to 16,384 PPR, up to 3,800 rpm.

A Bearingless Sensing Core in an Encoder Housing

내부에는 인덕티브 베어링리스 엔코더와 동일한 로터 + 스테이터 검출부가 들어 있습니다. 이를 Ø40 / Ø50 하우징에 담아 샤프트 · 중공축 · 빌트인 형태로 구성했기 때문에, 고분해능 인덕티브 성능을 기존 로터리 엔코더와 같은 방식으로 설계에 적용할 수 있습니다.

Inside is the same rotor + stator sensing core as the inductive bearingless encoder, packaged in a Ø40 / Ø50 housing as shaft, hollow-shaft or built-in types — bringing high-resolution inductive performance to designs that use a conventional rotary encoder.

  • 동일한 검출 성능 — 19bit 앱솔루트, ±0.05° 정확도, 60µs 갱신 주기를 제공합니다. Same sensing performance — 19-bit absolute, ±0.05° accuracy, 60 µs update.
  • 간편한 장착 — 샤프트 타입은 커플링, 중공축 · 빌트인 타입은 브라켓으로 장비에 고정합니다 (3-M3, P.C.D 30 / 40). Easy mounting — coupling (shaft) or bracket (hollow/built-in); 3-M3 on P.C.D 30 / 40.
  • Ø6 / Ø8 축 선택 — 샤프트 축경과 중공축 내경 모두 Ø6 · Ø8 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다. Ø6 / Ø8 shaft or bore — selectable for every housing type.
  • 견고한 환경 성능 — 내충격 50G · 내진동 5G, 사용 온도 −10~70°C (옵션 −40~80°C). 보호구조는 개방형(PCB 노출)이므로 설치 환경을 확인해 주세요. Rugged — 50 G shock, 5 G vibration, −10 to 70 °C operating (optional −40 to 80 °C). Open-frame (exposed PCB) construction; check the installation environment.
