카운터 + RPM 미터 겸용
Counter + RPM Meter in One
DIP 스위치 하나로 2번 표시부를 기준 카운트값 또는
엔코더 RPM 표시로 전환합니다. RPM은 Z(원점) 신호 기준으로
10~10,000RPM 범위를 ±0.3% ±1digit 정확도로 측정합니다.
One DIP switch turns the second display into an RPM meter —
10 to 10,000 RPM measured from the Z index at ±0.3% ±1 digit.

듀얼 표시부 — 카운트와 기준값을 한눈에
Dual 6-Digit Display
적색 표시부에는 현재 엔코더 카운트값(-99999~999999),
녹색 표시부에는 출력 기준값 또는 RPM이 동시에 표시됩니다.
목표까지 얼마나 남았는지 현장에서 바로 확인할 수 있습니다.
Red shows the live count (-99999 to 999999); green shows the
preset or RPM — progress toward the target is visible at a glance.

기준값 도달 → 자동 출력 · 자동 리셋
Preset Match → Output & Auto-Reset
입력 카운트가 기준값과 일치하면 릴레이(250VAC 3A)와
NPN 출력이 200ms 동안 ON되고, 출력 카운트는 0으로
초기화되어 다음 사이클을 이어갑니다 — 정척 절단 ·
수량 포장 같은 반복 공정에 최적입니다.
At the preset, relay (250VAC 3A) and NPN fire for 200 ms and the
count auto-resets for the next cycle — ideal for cut-to-length
and batch packaging.

일반 센서 카운트 모드
General Sensor Mode
TNV 모델은 DIP 스위치로 동작 모드를 전환해
포토센서 · 근접센서 등 일반 센서의 1펄스 증분 카운트도
수행합니다. 엔코더가 없는 라인에서도 수량 계수기로
활용할 수 있습니다.
On the TNV model a DIP switch enables single-pulse counting from
photo or proximity sensors — a quantity counter for lines
without encoders.

DIN-Rail 원터치 장착(판넬 볼트 장착 겸용), KEY LOCK으로
설정 보호, RESET 키 · 외부 RESET 단자 지원.
최대 계수속도 10kHz, 최소 신호폭 0.05ms의 안정된 계수 성능.
